Vanessa is our senior Property Manager and has over 8 years experience in both management and Real Estate. She prides herself on building great relationships with our tenants and owners and has excellent communication and people skills.
She understands that your property portfolio is a hugely important investment and will manage your property to ensure maximum return and minimal stress and worry.
Daniel Leonard
Director and Head of Operations
Daniel has over 20 years of IT and financial system experience and manages our finance and administration on a day to day basis. He also works as an Emergency Medicine doctor and has a large network of health professionals. Many of these are medical professionals moving to NZ from overseas (primarily the UK) or NZ based medical professionals moving to Canterbury that are looking for rental properties for the duration of their contracts.
