Routine Inspections
Your first two inspections are FREE!
Our property inspections pay great attention to detail and you will receive an itemised inspection report with photos and notes. We manage maintenance issues promptly as they arise, meaning happy tenants and a stress free experience for our owners.
Incoming / Outgoing Inspections
We’ll make sure things are up to scratch both at the start and end of new / existing tenancies.
We provide a comprehensive inspection report with photos and notes and can arrange any maintenance or repairs between tenancies.
Maintenance and Repairs
We will organise any repairs or maintenance promptly and communicate with tradespeople and tenants to get work done in a timely fashion.
We can recommend a tradesperson from our trusted partner list, or you can specify a list of your own preferred providers.
Tenant Finder
Should you need to find tenants, we provide a full service including advertising on mutliple platforms (TradeMe, OneRoof etc), credit and reference checks for all applicants and will present you with a short list of potential tenants for your property.

Vanessa has the unique ability to equally practice advocacy for tenants and property owners. She has high professional standards but it is not afraid to add a personal touch. She is someone who takes care of your property like her own plus she is a very easy going person who is always approachable for any questions.
